These turned out wonderfully with lots of shiny glass so looks like all that cleaning really payed off. What I particularly like about these pieces is the variety – from landscapes and ladybirds right through to loose abstraction. I really hope you like these pieces as much as I do, photographing them was a complete pleasure. At present we are missing your photos from the first firing on the blog, the excitement of firing them in a different kiln meant we were a little disorganised as to where the before and after shots are.
It was great to see you take your first pieces home and hopefully they are all okay despite being fired hard so we could get to see them quickly. We were really pleased with how much cooler the studio was in the afternoon, hopefully adding to your comfort although obviously not much beats the Jaffa cakes.
