Cancellation or deferment
In the unlikely event that you need to cancel a course place with us we will happily refund the full cost of the course place up to four weeks before the due date. Up to two weeks before we can offer a partial refund of 50% of the course cost. As you’ll have spotted our courses are excellent value for money and one of the ways we achieve this is to run each course full where possible. Rescheduling a course place is no problem as long as its more than fours weeks before the course date. No shows or last minute changes of mind or illness will usually result in the loss of the place except in exceptional circumstances.
In the case of a course place bought for you or by a voucher/gift certificate we will happily reschedule as necessary up to four weeks before the course date. Our vouchers aren’t normally refundable but they don’t have an expiry date so you can book a place anytime. Alternately, you already know what a great gift idea they are, so pass yours on to someone else if you can’t use it for now. We’ll happily print you out a fresh voucher, just let us know.
For a party day, we ask for a 50% deposit when we’ve agreed a date with the balance due a month before. Cancellation is possible before the balance is paid, rescheduling is possible up to two weeks before.
In the event the course numbers are low (this is rare), we reserve the right to reschedule your course date, offering you the new date or, of course, a full refund
And finally, in the extremely unlikely event we have to cancel a course due to illness (hasn’t happened yet in the seven or so years we’ve been teaching fused glass) you will of course receive an immediate refund or the offer of another date, as well as profuse apologies from us!
